Manuka

Manuka honey by grade, from everyday to rare.

How to read a jar

Every Manuka jar here carries an MGO number. It is a lab measure printed on the label, and it sets the grade. A higher number is rarer and costs more.

Single flower honey takes its name from what the bees worked: acacia, sourwood, fireweed, tupelo. Colour and taste change with the flower and the year.

Raw comb is cut as it comes from the frame. Flights set several honeys side by side, so you can taste them light to dark.
